## Notice

The London Borough of Bromley commissioned a Specialist Stop Smoking Service for Adults and Young People. The Council's intention was to award one specialist provider to deliver the Service. The Specialist Stop Smoking Service will include behavioural support alongside the provision of appropriate evidence-based stop smoking aids to address tobacco dependence. Behavioural Support will be available via a variety of methods to suit client needs and include face to face, telephone and digital options. An expansive communication strategy will be required for residents and stakeholders as well as proactive outreach to engage with targeted populations with a higher rate of smoking. Facilitating and promoting training to the wider workforce will be necessary in order to support referrals into the Service. The Service will also contribute to prevention strategies and work in partnership with other stakeholders as part of a system wide response to smoking cessation. The contract will commence on 1st April 2025 for a period of four (4) years until 31st March 2029.
