TEC services can transform the way people engage in and control their own care, empowering them to manage it in a way that is right for them and help them to maintain or increase their independence. The Sensor Based Monitoring Care Assessment Service will support Social Care Practitioners to complete objective, evidence-based social care assessments of adults, using sensor-based monitoring systems. This will enable the Person to live independently for as long as possible, enabling people to stay well, safe and independent at home for longer and ensuring people have access to the right care, in the right please at the right time.
