Lot 1

The relevant authority intends to award this contract under the Direct Award Process A under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The services are Acute, Mental Health and Emergency Ambulance Services provided by NHS Foundation Trusts for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2024 with an optional 2 year extension period. The lifetime value of the contract is detailed above (Value II. 1.7) and payments will be made to providers in-line with national guidance as detailed in the Revenue Finance and Contracting Guidance for 2024/25. Contract Start Date: 01 April 2024 Contract End Date: 31 March 2029 ( including 2 year option to extend) This is an existing service. This is an existing provider. The final contract value is still to be finalised as it is dependent on the national NHS planning guidance which is still to be released.

Options: Lifetime of the entire contract is for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2024 with an optional 2 year extension period only. The lifetime value of the contract is detailed above (Value II. 1.7) and payments will be made to providers in-line with national guidance as detailed in the Revenue Finance and Contracting Guidance for 2024/25
