The University of Hertfordshire is conducting a tender exercise on behalf of Universitybus Ltd trading as Uno in order to set up a contract for a Bus Cleaning and Refuelling Service, at its Hatfield depot. Universitybus Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire, which provides transport to students travelling to and from the University as well as the wider community.

Renewal: 1.1. The contract shall commence on XX/XX/2024 and run for a period of 3 years to XX/XX/2027 subject to satisfactory performance throughout.1.2. The Parties may agree to extend this Agreement for a further twelve-month period, subject to satisfactory performance, until XX/XX/2028.
