The contract term is anticipated to run for an initial five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to five (5), twelve (12) month periods. The security services sought under this contract are: * Manned/Static Guarding (Three locations) * Key Holding (Three locations)

Options: This contract will run initially for 5 years. There will be 5*12 months extensions available to be used at the sole discretion of the Council.
