York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's (YSTHFT) Specialist Sexual Health Service (SSHS) and HIV treatment service are committed to the procurement a comprehensive EPR solution that meets the needs of both the SSHS and the HIV service across York and North Yorkshire. The successful bidder will need to fully demonstrate their understanding of how the needs of both services including mandated national reporting requirements are fully met in order to deliver a realistic service model that meets the needs of both services.

Lot 1

This procurement will be issued out mid-October through the ATAMIS tendering portal. The Trust are looking at an initial 4 year contract for up to 10 years (4 + 3 + 2 + 1). This will include the initial platform and up to 10 years maintenance. All bids will need to include all costs including training / support etc. Fuller details will be issued within the tender specification.

Renewal: Initially for 4 years (48 Months) with a further 3+2+1 extension up to a maximum of 10 years (120 Months).
