## Summary

This process, which follows an open procurement procedure, categorised under the CPV code 80000000 for education and training services, focuses on two main lots: Specialist Education for learners aged 4 to 25 and Alternative Education for learners aged 4 to 16. The framework aims to provide educational support for children with special educational needs and disabilities and those at risk of exclusion. Contracts were signed on 14 January 2025 with multiple suppliers including Moor Farm Stable Ltd, Progressive Consultancy and Training Limited, RYTC Creatives CIC, TCES National Online School, Ignition Academy Ltd, Liberty in the Wild, Lumen Academy, and Positive Youth Organisation.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses within the education and training sector, particularly those specialising in special and alternative educational services. Organisations providing tailored educational solutions that are adaptive to the needs of diverse learners, particularly those with SEND or facing educational challenges, will find this framework to be a fruitful avenue for long-term growth and collaboration with Warwickshire County Council.
