This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to The Mote Medical Practice to deliver primary medical services in Staplehurst, Kent, as a branch surgery with the current patient list (by allocation while noting patient registration choice) from 1st April 2025.

The value of the contract per annum is PS706, 680.04. The lifetime value of the contract cannot be calculated due to the GMS contract being held in perpetuity. 

The Mote Medical Practice are a new provider for the provision of primary medical services at the Staplehurst site, but they are an existing GMS Contract holder. 

The contract variation to the existing providers GMS contract will be effective from 1st April 2025. There is no end date as contract is in perpetuity.
