Lot 1

Belfast City Council invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators 'Bidders' for the provision of technical support for Belfast Policing and Community Safety Partnership. Additional information: Minimum value range of GBP 12 000.00 to a maximum of GBP 180 000.00 which has been calculated on the basis of a 4 month contract through to the maximum 4 years and 6 month contract including contract options.

Options: The allocated budget for the Contract across 4 years and 6 months is up to PS180,000.00 excluding VAT It is anticipated the budget per annum will not exceed PS35,000.00. The PS180k contract value in this notice includes for any potential options/variations under the contract which might include: Additional activities which require specialist or technical support to improve policing and community safety in Belfast; Additional activities which require specialist or technical support that contributes to community safety. The Council reserves the right to add or remove aspects from the Contract in line with the Council's requirements. Any contract variation may be subject to further Council internal approvals.

Renewal: The Contract shall be effective from the date of award of Contract for an initial period of 4 months up to 31st March 2025 with the option to renew on an annual basis for a further 4 years and 6 months (up to 54 months).
