Lot 1

Basis of Contract The School wishes to appoint a single supplier to deliver full catering services to each school. The contract will commence from 1st September 2025 and will be for an initial period of 3 years plus an option of 2 further periods of 1 year. The estimated turnover is circa PS3.8 million over initial 3-year period. Objectives The appointed Supplier will have: *Significant experience of delivering quality catering services to MAT's with both Primary and Secondary schools. *Strong area management structure and local resources to ensure the required level of service is constantly maintained. *Proven ability to grow sales and increasing pupil meal uptake *A compelling attitude towards making the lunchtime service appealing, healthy and educational for children. *Possessing robust management controls and proven expertise in meeting operational and budgetary targets Please see SQ Document for more information.
