To Provide Smart Meters and associated communication network capability. Data services also provided. Volume of approximately 780,000 meters to be supplied with an enabled wide area network, to achieve an applicable data success rate threshold.

Options: Options of 3 years

Renewal: Data to be provided beyond the 5 year term if required.

Meter Installation, Exchange and Maintenance Services

Installation services for new meters, exchange and maintenance of the existing estate. See documents for further information.

Options: Up to a further 3 years.

Managed Service Provider

Provision of Smart Metering Solution comprising of the supply of meters, network and data. Installation of meters and maintenance/exchange services across the estate are also required. This is to be provided by a single supplier.

Renewal: Data to be renewed past end of 5 year term if required
