The Service is designed to assist residents (the "Service User") through a wrap-around approach, to both the home and the person. The Service Provider will help people to arrange adaptations or improvements to their existing home or explore other possible means of support. The service will be available regardless of tenure, although for social housing and private rented tenants any issues involving repairs, improvements should initially be referred to their landlord.
