### Lot Information

Lot 1

This service provides high-quality, compassionate care and support to people with all types of terminal illnesses, their families and their carers. Care is delivered within the community to people at home, in care homes, Hospice beds, local prisons and in hospital. This contract will be awarded to an existing provider following the direct award process A. The approximate life time value of the contract is PS24,094,265 Contract start date: 01 April 2024 Contract end date 31 March 2029

Options: The contract will have an initial term of 3 years (36 months), followed by an optional extension of 2 years (24 months) If all available extension is taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 5 years (60 months).

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
