## Summary

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB is orchestrating the procurement of an Autism and ADHD Early Help Community Hub aimed at adults in Hampshire. This service, classified under community health services, focuses on providing early intervention and support in areas such as community living, life skills, further education, employment, financial, and housing advice. The hubs will engage with a minimum of 120 adults in the Test Valley, Basingstoke, Havant, and South East Hampshire areas. The procurement phase was updated on 17th September 2024, with the contract set to commence on 1st October 2024 and end on 30th September 2025. Two lots were awarded: Lot 1 to More Education (Koala) for £59,995 and Lot 2 to Havant and East Hants Mind for £57,689, both under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The procurement method was a direct award without the prior publication of a call for competition.

This tender represents significant growth opportunities for organisations specialised in community health services, particularly those experienced in supporting adults with autism and ADHD. Businesses like More Education (Koala) and Havant and East Hants Mind, already established in mental health and community service provision, are well-suited to compete due to their existing infrastructures and relationships within these communities. Companies with expertise in service integration, collaboration, and sustainability, as well as those aiming to improve access and reduce health inequalities, will find this tender beneficial. Additionally, the opportunity aligns favourably with organisations focused on innovation, quality, and social value, fostering beneficial partnerships and enhancing their service portfolios.
