Lot 1 - Annual Customer Contract Value of PS0 - PS999,999

This Lot is for the provision of a total facilities management service solution with annual contract values of PS0 - PS999,999. There is no specified limit on the number of years that contracts under this Lot can run for.

Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. Individual values per Lot haven't however been assigned as this will depend on usage of each Lot, with overall usage across all Lots not expected to exceed the overall framework value.
