This is likely to involve situations where a property has become neglected and unfit to live in, including properties deemed unsafe due to hoarding. This may include clearance of outside areas around the property, especially access routes. Additionally this may entail deep-cleaning a property that has become a risk to the health of the occupier. 'Ad hoc' cleaning services will provide a high standard of cleaning on a 'one-off' basis as a way of restoring accommodation to a standard that promotes safety, health, and wellbeing Regular cleaning services will support those who, through ill-health or personal circumstances such as substance use are unable to maintain their accommodation as a safe and pleasant place to live.
