## Summary

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for the "Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Pre-Court Intervention Pilot." This initiative, categorised under Health and Social Work Services (CPV 85000000), aims to engage service providers for a one-year contract valued at £450,000, with an option for an additional year. The project's primary location is London, and key dates include a market engagement event on 23 September from 12-1pm, hosted via Microsoft Teams. Interested parties are encouraged to contact MOPAC for the event link and further communication updates expected around 7 October 2024.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in evidence-based, high-quality interventions for domestic abuse perpetrators, as well as those offering specialist support services for victims. Firms with experience in delivering court-mandated intervention programmes and providing concurrent support for survivors through enhanced risk assessments and ongoing monitoring should find this opportunity particularly advantageous. The contract will contribute to building the local evidence base on effective strategies for holding perpetrators accountable, which will be evaluated by MOPAC's Evidence and Insight team, fostering potential for long-term engagement and sector impact.
