The following will be required under the contract: * Operation and management of an accessible public building * Provision of specialist adult workshops (Genealogy, Archaeology Stone carving, Biodiversity skills) * Provision of educational and youth events * Operation of walking tours of the site & any associated commercial activity * Marketing and Communications * Programming events - Although not a requirement of this tender, the successful Bidder will be encouraged to come forward with their own programming ideas
