## Notice

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the Supply Delivery and Installation of Furniture covering Residential, Care, Library and Learning Spaces, Fitted, Outdoor, Dining and Social Spaces and associated Products and Services. For use in the education and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement in two ways as decided by customer requirements and preferences. 1 - Contractual Basis - Whereby the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider deliveries direct to the end customer. 2 - Direct basis - Whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.

### Lot Information

Lot 1 - Fitted Furniture

This Lot is for Fitted Furniture, predominantly (but not limited to) laboratory, IT, food technology environments and associated products and services to be delivered directly to the end user. Additional information: The 50% Non Cost evaluation criteria will be broken down and evaluated as follows: * Innovation and Quality of Products (25%) * Planning and Design (50%) * Social Value and Sustainability (25%)

Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2027 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of November 2026 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum Framework period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Renewal: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date.

Lot 2 - Library and Learning Spaces

This Lot is for Library and Learning Spaces predominantly (but not limited to) shelving, storage, breakout furniture and associated products and services to be delivered directly to the end user. Additional information: The 50% Non Cost evaluation criteria will be broken down and evaluated as follows: * Innovation and Quality of Products (25%) * Planning and Design (50%) * Social Value and Sustainability (25%)
