## Notice

Manchester City Council are currently improving fixed playgrounds within parks across the city. This project is split into the following lots: * Lot 1 - Supply of Fixed Playground Equipment * Lot 2 - Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply Only All installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions (see EN 1176-7:2008, Clause 6). Consideration of inclusive play installations and/or adaptations are paramount.

Supply only of a range of accessible and inclusive play equipment in accordance with EN 1176. Play equipment to be supplied according to EN 10219 technical delivery requirements, tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties of cold-formed welded steel structural

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract for up to 1 year

Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only

a wide range of high value inclusive and accessible multi-play provision for a range of ages and abilities. Units should provide a minimum of 10 play features and include elements for climbing opportunities via nodes, ropes, footrests, age appropriate educational play panels offering opportunities to explore the senses of light, touch and sound and games to play with others, drag ramps, scramble nets large and wide steps and decks, slides, traversing rings and/or bars, various viewing stations, open run-out sections, and provide ease transfer with space to allow helpers to give side support. Visually clear level changes must be displayed.
