Lot 2 - Building Surveyors - to be members of the RICS. To provide advice & support to the Council on all aspects of building condition/maintenance matters, to include, but not limited to: * Building condition surveys. * Dilapidations - preparation & service of schedules & negotiation of claims. * Providing strategic advice on dilapidations approach & timing. * Providing maintenance advice.
