## Notice

NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board is seeking to appoint suitable providers to provide an adult hearing service for age related hearing loss. This should include the option of trying hearing aids with aftercare and support, in line with the National Commissioning Framework, other national guidance and local requirements. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, service commencement date of XX/XX/XXXX.
