## Summary

Westminster City Council is planning a procurement process for the "Young Person’s Supported Accommodation Pathway" in the City of Westminster. This initiative, classified under the Health and social work services industry category (CPV 85000000), involves procuring a range of supported housing services targeted at young people aged 16-25. The current stage is Planning, with key engagements including a second online market engagement consultation event scheduled for Thursday, 3rd October 2024. This procurement will be conducted under the Light Touch Regime as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and interested providers must register their attendance by 1st October 2024.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in supported accommodation and social work services with accommodation (CPV 85311000). Companies that focus on high-quality, psychologically informed services conducive to promoting growth and development, and that value upskilling and employment support for young people, would find this tender particularly relevant. Additionally, businesses that emphasise co-production, foster a self-sufficient culture, and facilitate further education and employment opportunities for young people stand to benefit greatly from participating in this procurement. The engagement events will help potential providers understand the expected service provisions and the upcoming tender timelines, thereby providing a robust opportunity to align their offerings with the council's requirements.
