The procurement was conducted using an open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and key dates included the award date of 18th December 2024, following the signing of contracts on 7th November 2024. The framework agreement covers an initial period of 16 months starting from 1st February 2025, with an optional extension of up to 12 months.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in health and social work services, especially those with experience in providing quality, flexible, and responsive care for children with disabilities. Companies that can offer innovative or unique activities tailored to specific needs, such as sensory experiences for children with autism, are particularly well-suited to compete and secure a position on the framework.
