### Lot Information

Provision of Domestic Abuse Services: Lot 1 - Community Based Support

Community provision services to support the victims and their families, as well as the perpetrators of domestic abuse across the whole of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Renewal: 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2028 with an option to extend for 1 year plus 1 year depending on funding and service requirements

Provision of Domestic Abuse Services: Lot 2 - Accommodation Based Support & Floating Support Services

Service requirements for this provision will be made up of two components. Component 1 - the provision of safe accommodation (Refuge Provision) to support the victims and their families coming into the borough of Blackburn with Darwen in accordance with the Domestic Abuse Act, Part 4 (2021). Component 2 - The service specification outlines requirements for the provision of floating support to support the victims and their families, as well as the perpetrators of domestic abuse across the whole of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
