Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice Decision makers in this process included Director of Integrated Care, Partnerships and strategy. The Trust End of Life Lead Manager, Transformation Team, Procurement, Finance, Trust Management Board Executives and many more internal Stakeholders.
