### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: Option to extend the contract for up to three periods of 12 months in yearly increments. The maximum contract length is 5 years.

Renewal: Following the initial 24 month term of the contract, there is an option to extend the contract for three periods of 12 months each, in accordance with the contract.
