## Notice

Adult hearing services (Audiology) provide support for adults experiencing hearing and communication difficulties who feel that they might benefit from a hearing assessment and rehabilitation, including the option of trying hearing aids with aftercare and support. This is a zero based contract based on activity and local prices. The contract expenditure for 2023/24 was PS1,636,998. This notice is for a Direct Award C PSR process to commence from 08th October 2024 for 12 months bringing the lifetime value of the contract to the value of c. PS1,636,998. Under the test for considerable change this is within the permitted criteria (not exceeding PS500,000 and 25%).

The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS1,636,998 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are: 08/10/2024 to 07/10/2025
