### Lot Information

Lot 1

Provision of specialist medical advice out of hours provision for the care of patients with HIV. Under the PSR Regime under Direct Award C. This is an emergency contract to ensure uninterrupted continuity of care for vulnerable high risk patients. 2 year term contract with a lifetime value of PS53,306.

Options: There is an option to extend this contract by a further 24months + 12months to align to Head Contract.
