The service will need to have some flexibility to cope with additional requests e.g. Parents Evenings.The Authority will require the service to ensure there is a supervisor who will maintain a high standard of cleaning.The Authority believes the total square meterage to be 3,250m2, according to a 2015 asset survey.The Contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further one-year period.
