Flagship requires a supplier to provide services to coordinate and arrange temporary accommodation to meet the needs of Flagship tenants whilst decanted from their homes e.g. due to flood, fire, major works etc. Additional information: The contract value is for the first 12 months. If the contract is extended, the total contract value is pro-rata for the additional term. The total value provided is for full 48 months term.

Renewal: The contract may be extended for a further year three times, maximum overall extended term 4 years. The value shown is the estimate for the initial term of one year.
