## Summary

Nottingham City Council, representing the Nottingham City Place Based Partnership, has completed the procurement process for the "CPU6930 Changing Futures" project, which falls under the Education and Training Services category. The project aims to improve outcomes for individuals facing severe multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, domestic and sexual violence or abuse, and involvement with the criminal justice system. This procurement, valued at up to £11,051,905, covers two Lots: Main Delivery Service (Lot 1) and Partnership Learning Hub (Lot 2), with a contract start date of 1 April 2025. The procurement method was an open procedure under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, and the contract spans three years with a potential extension of two more years, pending continued funding from the Integrated Care Board's Health Inequalities Innovation Improvement Fund.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for business growth, specifically for organisations with expertise in providing intensive case management, multi-disciplinary team coordination, peer mentoring, training, and system development. Lot 1 focuses on frontline service delivery, while Lot 2 provides a training and learning hub for all partners in Nottingham. Businesses adept in managing social work, health services, and training programs will find this tender particularly relevant. The successful bidders, Framework Housing Association for Lot 1 and Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service for Lot 2, are expected to leverage their large-scale and SME capacities, respectively, to fulfil the contract requirements and drive impactful community-focused services.
