## Notice

The contractor and their employees should be registered with the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS) / National Highway Sector Scheme 8 (NHSS 8). 3.3 Operatives shall be Scottish Power (SP) Energy Network authorised to work on, or in the vicinity of, Distribution Network Operator (DNO) supplies, either directly or through the relevant Sector 8 scheme modules including G39.
