## Summary

The Scottish Government is in the planning stage of procuring the "eProcurement Future Systems Programme: Procurement of Phase 1 Pre-Award System" under the legal basis of CELEX 32014L0024. This procurement process, classified under CPV code 72500000 for computer-related services, aims to establish a unified system combining the functionalities of Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) and PCS Tender. Key dates to remember include the Supplier Information Day on 5 November 2024 and the RfI response deadline on 20 November 2024. The procurement will include elements such as organisation and user registration for buyers and suppliers, publication of procurement notices, eSourcing, and contract management, serving Scotland with a primary delivery region code UKM.

This tender represents a significant growth opportunity for IT service providers specialising in software development, consulting, and support services, particularly those with expertise in advanced administrative and procurement software solutions. Firms that can offer robust eTendering, contract management, and supplier performance management systems will find this tender ideal. Businesses experienced in handling large-scale governmental projects and capable of delivering integrated systems that streamline public procurement will be particularly well-suited to compete.
