Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Options: The contract has an initial term of four years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 48 additional months (8 years being the maximum term) or up to a maximum spend of PS900,000. which ever (as described above) comes first.
