Description of the services to be provided: the service provides Glaucoma Repeat Measures for individuals with raised intraocular pressures and Enhanced Case Finding for individuals with multiple signs suspicious of glaucoma but without clinical circumstances indicating urgent or emergency referral. The ICB is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C, where the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed new contract, and the contract is not changing considerably. The continuation of existing services in 2024/25 will maintain capacity and reduced demand on primary and secondary care. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS63,430. The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are: 24/10/2024 to 30/09/2025.
