The Supplier shall also provide a reactive maintenance service, within pre-set timeframes, to attend, diagnose and rectify when the system fails to operate effectively or breaks down completely. While replacement of select plant when deemed necessary shall be within the scope of this contract, a full replacement of the entire HVAC system is considered as outside the scope of this contract.
