## Notice

Lot 1: Heating and Associated Services Lot 2: Commercial and District Heating Lot 3: Electrical Services Lot 4: Renewable Heating Lot 5: Decarbonisation and Retrofit Works Lot 6: Water Hygiene and Legionella The framework is available for use by all public sector bodies. Commercial and District Heating

Lot 2 focuses on commercial-scale and district heating systems designed to provide efficient heating solutions for larger estates, public buildings, and residential blocks. Contractors will be required to provide specialised expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of these systems, with an emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. Key services under this lot may include: Design, installation, and commissioning of commercial and district heating systems Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of system performance System upgrades and retrofits to meet environmental and efficiency standards Emergency support and repair services Compliance with relevant standards, including adherence to Building Regulations and the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations

Heating and Associated Services

This lot covers the provision, installation, maintenance, and repair of Domestic heating and electrical systems across various public sector buildings and facilities. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UK regulatory standards. Services under this lot may include: Routine maintenance and servicing of heating and electrical systems Emergency repair and troubleshooting Installation and commissioning of new heating and electrical systems Upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with energy efficiency targets Health and safety compliance checks, including adherence to Gas Safety and Electrical Safety standards Additionally, a three-star comprehensive pricing structure is available within this lot, allowing public sector clients to select a fully inclusive service level that encompasses: Routine and scheduled maintenance at a predetermined frequency, covering all standard components and parts Unlimited emergency call-outs for repair work within normal working hours Supply and replacement of common parts at no additional cost, ensuring systems remain fully operational year-round Detailed annual system health check and reporting to support ongoing efficiency and compliance This three-star pricing option aims to provide clients with predictable costs for ongoing system care and minimise unexpected expenses, promoting effective budgeting and a high standard of service delivery.

Electrical Services

Lot 3 covers comprehensive electrical services, from installation and repairs to upgrades and maintenance, aimed at public sector facilities. Contractors under this lot will provide services that align with British electrical safety standards, supporting operational continuity and safety. Services may include: Installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution Periodic inspections and compliance testing, such as Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) Routine and reactive maintenance for electrical systems Emergency electrical fault resolution Upgrades and energy efficiency improvements for existing electrical infrastructure

Renewable Heating

Lot 4 supports the installation, maintenance, and optimisation of renewable heating systems to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainability across public sector buildings. Contractors will provide solutions that contribute to net-zero targets. Services under this lot may include: Installation and commissioning of renewable heating systems, such as heat pumps, biomass boilers, and solar thermal systems Maintenance and servicing of existing renewable heating systems System optimisation and efficiency improvements Technical support for integrating renewable heating with existing infrastructure Guidance and support on available funding schemes, grants, and compliance with renewable energy regulations

Decarbonisation and Retrofit Works

Lot 5 focuses on initiatives that support public sector bodies in achieving carbon reduction targets, through retrofit and decarbonisation works. It is designed to support successful submissions through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund. Contractors will deliver comprehensive solutions designed to enhance building energy performance and reduce emissions. Services may include: Energy efficiency audits and assessments Design and implementation of decarbonisation strategies, including fabric improvements and energy management systems Installation of energy-efficient systems, such as insulation, glazing, and ventilation upgrades Retrofit solutions that integrate renewable energy sources Ongoing support to monitor and report on energy savings and carbon reduction outcomes

Water Hygiene and Legionella

Lot 6 covers water hygiene and safety services to ensure public sector buildings comply with health and safety regulations, including the management of Legionella risks. Contractors will deliver testing, monitoring, and remedial solutions to maintain safe water quality standards. Services under this lot may include: Routine water hygiene testing, sampling, and analysis Risk assessments, including Legionella risk management Maintenance of water systems to prevent bacterial growth Remedial works and system cleaning to rectify any identified issues Compliance documentation and support for health and safety audits
