## Summary

NHS England has initiated a procurement process for the "Lived Experience Framework - NHS England (Window 1)" under the administrative healthcare services industry category. This tender is in the active procurement stage and seeks to establish a multi-provider framework agreement for lived experience services across several sectors, such as Health & Justice, Armed Forces, Sexual Assault Referral Services, Children & Young People services, Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence, Learning Disability, Neurodiversity & Autism, and Migrant Health. Interested parties must submit their applications via the Atamis e-sourcing portal by 20th November 2024. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of GBP 20,000,000 and is scheduled to commence on 1st April 2025, ending on 11th July 2028.

This tender provides substantial opportunities for businesses within the healthcare services sector to collaborate with NHS England and other participating NHS organisations, including ICBs, CSUs, NHS Trusts, and Foundation Trusts. The framework's extensive range of specialised services opens the door for businesses experienced in areas such as lived experience consultancy, healthcare administration, and support services to expand their market reach. Companies with expertise in providing specialised healthcare services, particularly within the defined categories, will find this framework well-suited to their growth strategies. The procurement method is an open procedure, allowing a wide range of suppliers to compete and potentially secure contracts through call-off agreements during the framework's lifespan.
