## Summary

NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB has announced the award of their Care and (Education) Treatment Review Service (CeTRs) contract, valued at £0.01 GBP, to Positive Support Group. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 through a direct award process, bypassing the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract coordinates CeTRs for individuals of all ages with a learning disability and/or autism at risk of hospitalisation, as well as adults in specialist inpatient settings. This service aims to improve community life quality and ensure timely discharges. The service runs from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028 in Nottinghamshire (regions UKF14, UKF15, UKF16), with NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB acting as the buyer.

The Care and (Education) Treatment Review Service (CeTRs) presents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in health services to demonstrate their expertise in providing specialised support for learning disabilities and autism. Providers who excel in delivering quality care, improving community integration, and reducing inappropriate admissions will find this contract of particular interest. The direct award procedure for this tender suggests a favourable environment for existing high-performing providers to secure contracts, enhancing their portfolio and market presence. This environment is ideal for businesses equipped with the infrastructure and expertise to meet stringent health service standards.
