Contract value - the total estimated value circa range from PS115m to PS125m Based on estimated inflation of 3% per annum, and the range being reflective of an upper and lower projection for housing growth over the contract term. Additional information: It is important to note that the contracting authority is South Staffordshire Council Staffordshire County Council Commercial Team are procuring on behalf of South Staffordshire District Council Contract value - the total estimated value circa range from PS115m to PS125m Based on estimated inflation of 3% per annum, and the range being reflective of an upper and lower projection for housing growth over the contract term.

Renewal: Contract renewal (retender will take place 18 - 24 months prior to the contract end date) Term - the Contract will commence on April 1st 2026 and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms, will continue until midnight on March 31st 2034. At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended from April 1st 2034 to March 31st 2042 on the same terms for such a period in accordance with the Contract. (8 Years + 8 Years)
