This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This is a PSR opportunity for the delivery of Sexual Health & Wellbeing Outreach Service. The contract will be for 3 years with option to extend for an additional 2 years (3+2). The yearly value is PS104,491.00. (PS522,455.00 full contract 5 years value) The anticipated contract start date is 01 April 2025 and end date is 31 March 2028 with optional extension with a contract end date of 31 March 2030.
