Vulcan House & Business Centre is a mixed-use Business Centre with 70 commercial business units and tenants. The Centre is operated by Leicester City Council's Estates & Building Services team. The Council wishes to collect and recycle carboard generated by the centre. Collection and disposal of general waste is also required. Due to site access limitations, one Supplier is required to provide both. This tender replaces previously advertised PAN3148, which was aborted. The contract commencement date is 31/03/2025. Additional information: Maximum of 60 months (5 years) envisaged as 2+2+1 years Any extensions at the discretion of the Council
