## Summary

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) is seeking to engage the market for a Board Paper Management System. This procurement process is in the planning stage, with a focus on acquiring a software package and information system to streamline document management and improve meeting efficiency within the organisation. BCHC is one of the largest specialist community health service providers in the NHS, operating throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands. Interested suppliers need to respond to the online questionnaire by 12:00 on Tuesday, 12th November 2024. The planned implementation of the software is set for June 2025, initially catering to approximately 75 users.

This tender represents a substantial opportunity for software solution providers specialising in document management systems. With an emphasis on reducing paper use and enhancing data security, businesses capable of delivering a user-friendly and accessible platform across multiple devices stand to benefit significantly. Companies experienced in working with healthcare organisations or public sector bodies will find this to be a fitting opportunity, especially those that can offer scalable solutions as the project may expand in the future. The project promises potential business growth and visibility within an extensive network of NHS and community healthcare services.
