Designs are to be manufactured by the Contractor and must support and contain the process equipment whilst providing external process and Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) connections. ### Lot Information Lot 1 UKAEA wishes to procure the Design, analysis, manufacture, assembly, Factory Acceptance Testing, delivery, Site Acceptance Testing, plus support during the installation, Integrated Testing, and commissioning of 3-off palladium-silver permeators, 2-off palladium-silver membrane reactors, three-off recuperative heat exchangers, and four cooling coils for the Hydrogen Purification System to be supplied into the Hydrogen 3 Advanced Technology facility at UKAEA's Culham Science Centre. Dedicated design reviews, and a full review of all design documentation shall be conducted by the Office of Chief Engineers (OCE) prior to any production to ensure the permeator and PMR assemblies meet the UKAEA requirements listed within the Tender pack. The Contractor/Supplier shall deliver the permeators and PMRs to Culham and complete Site Acceptance Testing, after which a third party will conduct the Installation, Integrated Testing, and commissioning with support from the Contractor/Supplier. Sufficient information shall be provided for inclusion within the technical file (LTQR) to support the overall conformity marking of the system.
