Lot 1

Hertfordshire County Council has the requirement for oral health screening, advice, education, and the provision of resources to families who have children under the age of 5 who live or go to school in areas of deprivation within Hertfordshire. The Council is intending to award this contract to our existing provider following Direct Award Proces C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR.) The Contract will commence on 8th November 2024 until 30th June 2025 with the option to extend for a further 1 year +1 year subject to funding and satisfactory performance, at the discretion of the Council. The approximate life time value of this contract is as stated in II.1.7 above and includes the value of any possible extensions

Options: There is the option to extend the contract for one (1) year plus one (1) year subject to available funding and satisfactory performance at the discretion of the Council.
