## Summary

This event will be held on 6th November 2024 via Microsoft Teams from 11:30 to 13:00. The initiative is currently in the planning and tender stages, aimed at identifying well-qualified providers capable of facilitating high-quality family time for children in care or subject to care proceedings. Providers are required to submit their expression of interest and complete a brief survey by 5 pm on 4th November 2024. The procurement method being used is a competitive procedure with negotiation, covering services classified under CPV code 85300000, with an estimated contract value of £1,800,000 and a contract period of 2880 days.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in social and family services to expand their engagements with regional authorities and secure long-term contracts. Suitable candidates would be organisations with experience in providing supportive, family-friendly environments and personnel adept at working with children and families in care settings. By participating in the market engagement event and influencing the development of service specifications, businesses can better align with the needs of the Bradford Children & Families Trust and enhance their prospects of winning the tender.
