Explanation:

Based on the information detailed below, the conclusion is that UK-CEH are the only supplier with the expertise and/or equipment able to provide this Equipment to the Environment Agency under Regulation 32 2 (b) ii of PCR 2015.

This is for the following reason:

* This is the only commercially available instrument, that is capable of delivering the specification requirements including the recording of multi species measurements of the National Ammonia Monitoring Network, and Acid Gas Network. 

* It is the only commercial available instrument that is suitable for immediate deployment on the network
