Surrey County Council would like organisations with commercial and technical knowledge of these models of care to provide a detailed response to the Request for Information (RFI). ### Lot Information Lot 1 The services delivered support adult residents of Surrey with eligible care needs associated with learning disabilities and/or autism. The only exceptions to this is Travel training. An extension of the current offer (for adults) to include young people aged 16-25 with Education, Health and Care Plans is being considered. The services enable people to connect with the local community in a way that optimises independence, choice and control.
