The Services were being procured on the basis of five (5) Lots: Lot 1 - North Lancashire; Lot 2: South Lancashire; Lot 3: East Lancashire; Lot 4: Weekend Provision; or Lot 5: Global. ### Lot Information Lot 1: North Lancashire The services will comprise of the acceptance, weighing and Recovery of Non-Recyclable Household Waste that has been deposited by members of the public at the Authority Waste Facilities located in North Lancashire, and delivered to a Provider's Facility by the Authority and/or its transport contractor. Options: The initial term from the service commencement date will be three (3) years with the option to extend by a further period or periods of twelve (12) months up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months. The total maximum Contract duration from the service commencement date being five (5) years. Renewal: The initial term is three (3) years from the service commencement date and the Council may, in its absolute discretion, extend the term by a further period or periods of twelve (12) months up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
